Harbottle Law Group (HLG) is a highly collaborative 9-attorney law firm specializing in representing public school districts in California. We are deeply committed to serving public education, for the benefit of our students and communities.
HLG does not have immediate openings at this time. However, to meet the needs of our growing client base, HLG welcomes and considers letters of interest from motivated attorneys with experience in education or public entity representation on an ongoing basis.
With offices in Irvine and San Jose, HLG attorneys serve public educators throughout the state, and often work remotely to meet the needs of our clients. The firm will gladly consider flex or part-time needs of an applicant. Compensation is highly competitive, though the firm’s billable hours expectations are lower than comparable firms, due to our unique mission-driven practice model, and we value and encourage ongoing pro bono work for our school district clients, particularly in staff development activities. HLG employees receive an excellent benefits package, including full medical/dental/vision, as well as 401k and profit sharing.
