Our attorneys are available to answer urgent, time-sensitive questions related to public education. We regularly assist clients with review of board policies and administrative regulations to ensure that our clients’ policies and procedures are up-to-date. HLG attorneys also serve as a neutral party in investigations under Uniform Complaint Procedures, and also provide support in matters requiring an independent hearing officer, expulsion panel counsel, or alternative dispute resolution facilitator.
