Ms. Moos joined Harbottle Law Group in August 2023. She graduated from California State University at Fullerton where she received a Bachelor of Science in Child and Adolescent Development. Prior to law school, she took part in extensive opportunities to work with local public schools, volunteered in special education classrooms, and worked as part-time preschool teacher for the City of Anaheim. Her background in child development cultivated her passion for education and inspired her career in education law.

Ms. Moos then earned her Juris Doctor from Western State College of Law. During law school, she clerked an Orange County education law firm, focusing primarily on special education and school discipline matters. She served as an extern externed for Honorable Judge Carmen Luege at the Superior Courts in Orange County, which provided her insight into the judicial decision-making process. She also worked as a substitute teacher in special education classrooms. Ms. Moos’ wide range of past experiences makes her well-equipped to handle a variety of education matters.

Ms. Moos supports both our special education clients and our litigation department. Ms. Moos firmly believes that education is the cornerstone to success. She is committed to helping school districts foster a conducive learning environment to ensure that students have access to opportunities for growth and success.
